United States – 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for orders shipped within the United States. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, a item must be in substantially the same condition in which you received it, unused, undamaged, and with all parts, accessories, hardware, manuals, and original packaging included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@pethubshop.com or submit a request through your customer account. Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Do not send your item back before receiving return authorization from us. If your return is accepted, we will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions by email. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Change-of-mind returns

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If we provide a prepaid return shipping label for a change-of-mind return, the cost of that label may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered.

We may request photographs or other reasonable documentation so that we can evaluate the issue. If the claim is approved, Pet Hub Shop will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts, replacement of the product, return shipping at our expense, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Large and bulky products

Many of our products are furniture items and may be heavy or oversized. Please retain the original packaging until you have inspected the product and confirmed that all parts are present and undamaged.

Returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

Assembled or used products

Products that have been fully assembled, modified, damaged during assembly, or show signs of use may not qualify for a change-of-mind return unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This limitation does not affect claims involving products that were defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect when delivered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and other items that cannot reasonably be resold for health, safety, or legal reasons.

Sale or clearance items may be final sale where clearly identified as such before purchase, except where a return or refund is required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before it ships.

Once an order has been shipped, it will generally need to follow our standard return procedure.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
