Where We Ship

Pet Hub Shop offers shipping to eligible delivery addresses in the United States. Availability depends on the item and destination. Enter your complete shipping address during checkout to see the delivery methods available for your order. Service to PO boxes, military addresses, U.S. territories, and certain remote locations may be limited. If no delivery method is available for your cart and address, the order cannot be completed for that destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, destination, and available shipping method. You will see the applicable shipping charge and order total before placing your order. Rates may vary by product and ZIP code. Any shipping promotion, if applicable, will be reflected during checkout.

Processing and Estimated Delivery

Orders are submitted for fulfillment after payment is accepted. Processing and dispatch times can vary by item, stock availability, and fulfillment partner. Available delivery methods and estimated transit times are shown at checkout where provided. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Business days generally exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Multiple Packages and Tracking

Items may be dispatched from different fulfillment locations and arrive in separate packages. When shipment tracking is available, we will share the tracking details after the order ships.

Address Changes, Delays, and Delivery Problems

Please verify your address before placing an order. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun. If an order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate the issue and explain the available next steps.
